Management and other staff are super friendly and will answer questions any time you want to stop in the office for a quick chat.

If you're looking for a pet friendly building, this is it, with a dog park close by.

Laundry area, updated fitness room and other amenities, with new elevators in process, and a clean quiet building with friendly tenants make for a great place to live."

"Overall, my time at Tree Tops was a very positive experience and I would absolutely recommend. Nicely updated, quiet, and clean.

For such a large complex, the staff are VERY responsive and friendly. Probably the most memorable moment was when I had a minor issue with my neighbor,  the property manager replied to my email that outlined my compliant in less than 5 minutes. In her reply email, she laid out options for a resolution, and I was super impressed by her responsiveness and willingness to address the compliant.

The property is well-maintained, and the floors and walls are concrete, so it’s very quiet. The maintenance staff is responsive, and minor issues are usually resolved within a 1-3 day timeframe.

I initially ended up moving to this building strictly for the location, but would re-sign another year’s lease (if i didn’t buy a house) based on my overall experience."
